The New ISVE Service Contract

Customer support is a cornerstone of ISVE S.p.A.’s policy. That is why we have developed a new after-sales service contract designed to ensure operational continuity, rapid response times and expert support. The service comprises a range of integrated solutions:

  1. Basic remote support: remote technical support for diagnostics, configuration and optimisation, with rapid response times and specialist staff;
  2. Scheduled maintenance: regular electromechanical maintenance visits to check the condition of the systems and prevent breakdowns;
  3. Emergency repairs and spare parts: access to technical repairs at preferential rates and spare parts available from stock, with special discounts for customers with an active contract;
  4. Customisable optional services: bespoke packages, including calibrations, additional licences and extended on-call services, to suit specific production requirements;
  5. Renewal and long-term benefits: option for multi-year automatic renewal with improved financial terms and cost stability.

Our aim is clear: to offer a comprehensive, prompt and expert support service, supporting the customer not only during installation, but also with staff training and the day-to-day management of the systems.
