When production runs fast, waste must never become a bottleneck. TRN Imballaggi (Schio, Italy) had a clear challenge: managing wood waste and end-of-life pallets with different load types, high volumes, and maximum operational continuity.

ISVE answered with a tailor-made solution: a complete processing line featuring an MS 48/200 single-shaft shredder (2-meter rotor), designed to produce 3 cm wood chips, combined with metal separation and an aspiration system with automatic discharge to three PLC-selectable containers.
The real game changer was the loading and handling logistics: a 26-meter conveyor collecting wood offcuts from three cutting lines, a second conveyor for loose waste, and the ability to unload bins directly into the hopper. The result? More organized material flows, fewer handling operations, greater control—and an output that can be valorized as biomass.
