{"id":4041,"date":"2019-10-09T10:30:57","date_gmt":"2019-10-09T08:30:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isve.com\/?page_id=4041"},"modified":"2020-03-13T12:26:01","modified_gmt":"2020-03-13T11:26:01","slug":"documents-shredder","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/isve.com\/en\/industrial-recycling\/isve-shredding-systems\/documents-shredder\/","title":{"rendered":"Documents shredder"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Shredding of paper documents documents: the shredding plant.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1903 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/isve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/impianti_macinazione_documenti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"167\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<p>ISVE has produced a special version for its range of Combined systems, dedicated to the <strong>shredding of paper documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> documents shredder<\/strong> is characterised by the possibility of easily guaranteeing <strong>all 5 DIN types of destruction<\/strong>, from the coarsest to the finest, by means of simple adjustments.<\/p>\n<p>From the user&#8217;s point of view, all that is required is to fill the hopper and start the equipment (it is possible to tip <strong>whole boxes<\/strong> into the load unit).<\/p>\n<h2>Paper shredding<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1899 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/isve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/impianti_tritadocumenti_macinazione_carta.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The documents shredder is responsible for the initial shredding of the paper, reducing the size to about 3-4 cm.<br \/>\nThe pre-shredded documents are unloaded into a high speed blade mill for final shredding.<\/p>\n<p>A magnetic plate can be inserted between the shredder and the mill so as to avoid the unintentional introduction of ferrous material damaging the final shredding mill.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;confetti&#8221; obtained from this shredding process is sucked and placed in bags by means of an electric fan on tracks.<br \/>\nThe emission of dust into the environment is very low thanks to the application of particular polyester cartridges fitted above the cyclone (release lower than 0.5% for dust sizes of between 0.2 and 2 micron).<br \/>\nThe efficiency of the filtering group is guaranteed by two shakers that, by causing the folds in the filter to vibrate, clean them, discharging the dust directly into the bags.<\/p>\n<p>All the functions of the documents shredding plant are governed by a PLC.<br \/>\nThe productivity of the COMBI 50\/66D-GR300 is about 150-250 kg\/h of paper documents even when bound and very thick.<\/p>\n<h2>DESCRIPTION:<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1895 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/isve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/impianti_tritadocumenti_descrizione.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"222\" height=\"192\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Load Unit<\/li>\n<li>Shredder group<\/li>\n<li>Soundproofed box for thin shredding (78-80 dB)<\/li>\n<li>Soundproofed aspirator (80dB)<\/li>\n<li>Self-cleaning filter cartridges box<\/li>\n<li>Collection bags<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shredding of paper documents documents: the shredding plant.
