ISVE\u2019s line of shredders for bumpers was designed to satisfy the needs of small-medium size users interested in a complete and functional system with reduced investment costs<\/strong>. This solution was obtained without compromises through the automatic management of all components by means of a dedicated PLC.<\/p>\n Bumpers are fed into the hopper of the 100100S 4-shaft shredder, which reduces them to pieces in sizes up to 30×30 mm. The neodymium deferrization system, connected to the shredder by a conveyor-belt, separates possible ferrous metals from the plastic<\/strong>, which is then conveyed to and shredded by the C40100-5K Cumberland granulator.<\/p>\n The 10 mm ground material is sucked up, free of dust and automatically conveyed into collection big-bags. All the machinery is managed automatically, monitoring the consumption of the motors of both the shredder and the granulator for optimal operation of the system.
