Our unique trolley &amp; door timber mechanism make effortless &amp; efficient the loading of timber into the autoclave. After the first vacuum stage, the impregnating solution is flooded into the autoclave and forced under pressure into the cell structure of the timber. The combination of the initial <strong>vacuum<\/strong> and <strong>high-pressure<\/strong> stages guarantees a total penetration of the active ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4563\" src=\"https:\/\/isve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/impregnatori_serie-imp-vp_larga2-1024x364.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>IMP-VP impregnators: when to use them<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Use of impregnators IMP-VP to protect wood exposed for varying lenghts of time to external weather conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The use of\u00a0<strong>vacuum-pressure impregnators<\/strong> is advisable for all those products, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>garden furniture,<\/li>\n<li>brushes,<\/li>\n<li>fences,<\/li>\n<li>prefabricated elements for building,<\/li>\n<li>platforms for trucks,<\/li>\n<li>flooring, ship fittings,<\/li>\n<li>piles in agriculture,<\/li>\n<li>packing,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>which are exposed for varying lengths of time to external weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In the same way, <strong>treatment<\/strong> of all those exotic and non-exotic woods <strong>with insecticides<\/strong> is indispensable in that even if only used indoors, they are subject to woodworm and other similar\u00a0xylophages.<\/p>\n<p>The products that can be used in our plants are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Solvent based IMPREGNANTS<\/strong>\u00a0having a protective, exterminating action against mildew, insects, bacteria;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salt based IMPREGNANTS dissolved in water<\/strong>\u00a0having a protective, exterminating action against mildew, insects, bacteria;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fireproof salt based IMPREGNANTS<\/strong> dissolved in water having also a protective action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6357 size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/isve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/IMG00848-20120504-1454-1-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Advantages of IMP-VP system<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>There are many points in favour of this type of investment.<\/h3>\n<p>The most important are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Low capital investment<\/strong><br \/>\nVery few investments in the wood industry can be compared to the capital investment over thousands of m3 of treated wood a year, as an IMP-VP plant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low labour cost<\/strong><br \/>\nOne person in charge for each work shift is sufficient to manoeuvre, unload and load the plant, as long as there is a mechanical means of handling the piles of wood.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wide and expanding market<\/strong><br \/>\nAll that is required is to evaluate the customs entry for imports of treated material to assess the available market space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low maintenance costs<\/strong><br \/>\nIf care is taken in keeping the plant clean, the maintenance costs are very low as there are very few moving parts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Very marketable\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nNot only can the material be treated with a humidity of 30%, but it can be also used and handled without problems only a few days after treatment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Easy to adapt to market requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThanks to the limited labour required it is easy to face variations in production without creating serious problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No form of contract is required for impregnated products<\/strong><br \/>\nI.S.V.E. Srl operates in the company industrial engineering sector and does not sell impregnated products. The customer is therefore free to move on the market without any form of restriction<\/li>\n<li><strong>No danger of ruining the material\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nI.S.V.E IMP-VP plants are supplied with an electric control panel equipped with a microprocessor (Vacutronic system) which minimises the possibility of an erroneous manoeuvre.
