Systems for shredding and re-cycling waste<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Since 1997, ISVE has been focused on developing the Re-cycling division<\/strong>, with a complete range<\/strong> of systems for shredding<\/strong> and re-cycling industrial waste<\/strong>.
\nOur shredders are well engineered<\/strong> and very reliable<\/strong> and used in many different industrial markets.<\/p>\n

Shredding any kind of wood<\/strong> is our speciality, even<\/strong> those that contain contaminating materials<\/strong>, such as nails, plastic, cardboard, etc.<\/p>\n

The range is divided into three groups:<\/p>\n

\n

SINGLE-SHAFT SHREDDERS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

with double fixed blade, driven drawer on all sides, shock-absorber arm on\u00a0 reducer and fully automated. These machines are suitable for both small and large recycling plants.<\/p>\n

\n

4-SHAFT GRINDERS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

machines with slow shaft and circular blades, suitable for long wood elements. These machines are characterised
\nby a high cutting torque, and they generate little noise. In addition, they require little maintenance.<\/p>\n

\n

REFINING SYSTEMS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

mill refiners either with blades or hammers to reduce wood into very fine particles.<\/p>\n

COMPLETE LINES: <\/strong><\/h3>\n

all ISVE machines can be coupled with each other with loading belts, iron removal and suction systems in order to form true processing lines.<\/p>\n
