Increase of speed in the drying process compared with traditional systems.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The ISVE ES and ESC series<\/strong> of dryers are particularly suitable for drying semi-finished products using various types of wood.
\nIn order to achieve optimal results in the wood it is necessary to obtain and maintain a gradual and homogeneously heating of the wood.
\nThis result is achieved using ES and ESC models thanks to a series of aluminium plates that spread the heat produced by the electric heating elements or the hot water that flows in the special coils.
\nThe drying process is entirely PLC-controlled, allowing for complete monitoring of heat dispersion and thus optimizing energy consumption.<\/p>\n

The reduced size<\/strong> compared with the productivity of these units allow a considerable saving in terms of space and an easy location within the company without having to carry oyt particular masonry or connection works.<\/p>\n

The quality materials<\/strong> used in the construction of the autoclave, such as stainless steel and aluminium, guarantee durability against corrosion, while the choice of components from leading Italian and foreign companies allow the achievement of high reliability.<\/p>\n

The strengths of the ES-ESC series<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the production of ESC series dryers, either mini dryers or ES dryers with vertical opening, ISVE has reached peaks of excellence, ensuring significantly higher drying times compared to traditional systems. In particular, the machines of this series have allowed to obtain important results that are of two kinds:<\/p>\n

1. QUANTITATIVE:<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

– higher speed of the drying process compared to traditional systems<\/strong>;

\n– reduction of storage volumes of the drying material.<\/p>\n

How to choose a vacuum dryer<\/strong>, but above all how to calculate its size according to one\u2019s requirements?<\/p>\n

The main parameters to be taken into consideration are the following:<\/p>\n

  • quantity in cubic meters of wood to be dried per unit of time;<\/li>\n
  • type of wood (pine, fir-wood, oak, etc.);<\/li>\n
  • thickness of semi-finished product in mm;<\/li>\n
  • initial humidity level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
