This is the objective ISVE has been pursuing for the past 40 years focusing on the search for machines that exploit vacuum.
\nA commitment that has enabled the company in Brescia to develop plants for the drying wood<\/strong> of higher quality, which ensures a faster drying process, reduction of operating costs, and the significant reduction in the storage volume of material being dried.<\/p>\n

Heating only where necessary<\/strong> and with maximum efficiency<\/strong> is the philosophy of the new ISVE vacuum drying kilns, either with heating platens<\/strong> or with discontinuous vacuum<\/strong>. The wood pile to be dried is never uniform, therefore providing more thermal energy to the areas where the wood is wetter or colder is the secret to obtain a high degree of uniformity and quality<\/strong> in the treated wood.<\/p>\n

All plants are equipped with a PLC management with an user-friendly interface<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There are three different operation levels<\/strong> that can be adapted to the type of operator and to their experience:<\/p>\n

The first level allows you to start with operating cycles already stored in the machine.<\/p>\n

For the most demanding and experienced users it is possible to write an entire drying program and store it later among the customized cycles.<\/p>\n

All machines feature remote support service<\/strong>, without the need to be connected to an intermediate terminal (PC or Notebook).<\/p>\n

ISVE dryers are also 4.0 ready and meet the highest automation standards.<\/p>\n
