At Ecomondo 2026, due to take place in Rimini from 3 to 6 November, ISVE S.p.A. will officially present the MK series grinder, developed for the processing of aluminium and other mixed materials.

The new MK series represents the next generation of ISVE industrial shredders and is designed to ensure reliability, operational continuity and consistent performance during the most intensive operating cycles.

The machine is suitable for processing mixed materials such as heavy industrial waste, including materials containing metals such as aluminium, as well as plastics, wood, rubber and bulky waste.

The hydraulic pusher drawer feeds the rotor, which is equipped with cutting inserts that, in combination with the static counter-blades, carry out the pre-shredding and subsequent grinding. The interchangeable screen determines the final particle size, at the same time the processed material is automatically discharged via a conveyor belt. Particular attention has been paid to the robustness of the construction, the protection of components subject to wear, and intelligent control and safety systems, capable of managing overloads and non-compliant materials whilst safeguarding the plant.

The result is a machine designed for maximum productivity, with greater process continuity and a tangible reduction in operating costs per tonne processed.
